Hiring: Causal AI Engineer
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid/On-site) (or as per client requirement)
Employment Type: Full-Time
CTC: ₹14.4 – ₹18 LPA (₹1.2–1.5 Lakhs/Month)

What You'll Do
- Build and improve causal AI models and reasoning pipelines.
- Validate KPIs, statistical models, and AI-generated insights using Python and SQL.
- Investigate anomalies, perform root cause analysis, and verify causal reasoning.
- Design evaluation frameworks, datasets, metrics, dashboards, and CI-integrated validation pipelines.
- Build regression testing and monitoring for AI/LLM pipelines.
- Detect data drift, concept drift, and model drift.
- Improve reliability of AI systems handling noisy industrial data.
- Work closely with engineering teams to debug, validate, and continuously improve AI solutions.
Required Skills
- 2–6 years of experience in AI, Data Science, Analytics Engineering, AI Validation, Data Quality, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Python
- SQL (Postgres + MSSQL/MySQL)
- Pandas & NumPy
- Statistics
- Machine Learning
- Time Series Analysis
- Data Validation
- Feature Engineering
- Hands-on experience with:
- RAG Pipelines
- AI/ML Evaluation
- Model Drift Detection
- Regression Testing
- CI/CD Pipelines
- FastAPI or similar backend frameworks
Nice to Have
- Manufacturing or Industrial IoT (SCADA/Historian) experience.
- Knowledge of SPC/MSPC or Causal Inference.
- Experience with LangSmith, Promptfoo, Ragas, or Vertex AI Evaluation.
- Docker, GitHub Actions, GCP, or other cloud platforms.
