ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Lead & Inspire

  • Guide, coach, and develop F&B supervisors, banquet captains and frontline associates
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and service excellence
  • Lead by example with integrity, professionalism, and energy

Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences

  • Ensure every guest interaction exceeds expectations
  • Respond quickly and thoughtfully to guest feedback and concerns
  • Set clear service standards aligned with the Westin brand

Drive Operations

  • Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service
  • Ensure service quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Support banquet execution to ensure seamless and memorable events

Manage Performance & Financials

  • Assist in managing budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
  • Monitor productivity and operational efficiency
  • Use guest satisfaction data (AOS/GSS) to drive continuous improvement

Develop Your Team

  • Train, mentor, and support associates to grow their skills and careers
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback
  • Create a positive, engaging work environment focused on learning

Collaborate & Communicate

  • Partner with hotel leadership to align on goals and strategy
  • Maintain strong communication through meetings, logs, and daily touchpoints
  • Promote an open-door, fair, and inclusive workplace culture

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or GED + 4 years of F&B or hospitality experience
    OR
  • Associate’s degree (or higher) in Hospitality or related field + 2 years of experience

Key Skills

  • Strong leadership and team development abilities
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
  • Solid financial acumen (budgeting, cost control, forecasting)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled mandatory training sessions and meetings is required.
