- OML Talent: OML’s legacy business representing over 90+ of the most influential creators, comedians, writers, and storytellers shaping India’s entertainment landscape.
- OML Studios: Developing and producing original long-form content for television and streaming platforms with over 35+ shows and 75+ comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Jio Hotstar and more. Also producing branded content for agencies and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Artist Management & Casting team with day-to-day coordination and execution across projects
- Pitch actor, creator, comedian and influencer profiles for fiction, non-fiction, branded and digital opportunities
- Maintain and regularly update databases of casting directors, regional production houses, agencies and upcoming projects
- Coordinate auditions, availability checks and artist queries across projects
- Be present on shoots as and when required for artist coordination and execution support
- Track upcoming films, web-series, sketches and branded content projects in the pre-production stage
- Maintain internal trackers and status updates for ongoing casting opportunities and artist conversations
Skills
- Good networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Interest in casting, entertainment and talent management.
- Knowledge of current actors, creators and emerging talent is preferred.
- Comfortable with follow-ups, databases and project tracking.
- Basic understanding of the entertainment ecosystem and production workflows.
- Strong communication and coordination skills
Qualifications & Prior Experience
- Prior internship/freelance experience in casting, talent management, production or entertainment is a plus.
- Strong interest in films, digital content, creators and pop culture.
