About the role
Wear multiple hats (e.g. PM, PO, Scrum master, QA, BA) to drive the development of CAST AI platform
Work directly with users, product teams, and other stakeholders to collect feedback
Do market research research to create a more compelling product/feature proposal
Work across the organizational and role boundaries to ultimately make the product better
Review backlogs and make prioritization decisions together with the team
Conduct user research interviews together with the UX designer
Lead process improvements in the Product Management team and across the wider organization
