ServiceNow Technical Consultant

Cask is currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant (TC) to join our growing company. As a Cask Consultant, you will work with analysts, architects, and other engineers, leveraging technical best practices to deliver out-of-the-box and custom solutions to our customers on the ServiceNow platform. You will play a key role in enhancing both employee and customer workflows, helping to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation.

What you'll be doing:

• Implement and Configure Common ServiceNow Applications and Capabilities, such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HR and CSM.
• Design / Develop ServiceNow Tables, Fields, Forms and Access Controls
• Create Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions
• Use JavaScript to develop solutions for requirements that can not be satisfied through configuration
• Create Scoped Applications using Studio
• Automate activities on the ServiceNow platform leveraging Flow Designer and/or Workflow Engine
• Build data sets and transform maps for importing data from other sources into ServiceNow
• Configure integrations between ServiceNow and other systems through Integration Hub or other capabilities
• Document all technical work for purposes of knowledge transfer
  
  

What you'll bring to the table:

• Degree in Information technology or a related discipline or comparable combination of education and professional experience
• Previous experience as a ServiceNow administrator, developer or equivalent role
• Previous scripting/coding experience (JavaScript preferred)
• Active ServiceNow Certifications a plus
• Experience with Agile software development and related concepts preferred
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills
• Technically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectives
• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver who can adapt to new technologies and evolving customer requirements
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment
• Able to communicate (verbal and written) in a clear and concise manner, tailoring the communication appropriately to the intended audience
• Excellent active listening skills
• Capable of dealing with and managing conflict

Note: Base salary range is $80,000 to $145,000. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
