Influencer Marketing Associate

Scout and onboard influencers (YouTube & Instagram primarily). Take ownership of end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns for CashKaro and DealsAnytime. Explain campaign briefs, negotiate budgets, and maintain influencer relationships. Ideate video content, create timelines, and ensure delivery as per plan. Work closely on credit card acquisition and deal-based campaigns. Post-campaign, evaluate content and performance using Excel and internal tools. Maintain campaign hygiene using structured trackers, pivot tables, and reporting metrics.
