Assistant Manager – Telegram Channel Growth

We are looking for a high-energy, data-driven Assistant Manager – Telegram Channel Growth to drive user acquisition on EarnKaro's owned Telegram channels like PowerLoot. The candidate will be part of the growth hacking/user acquisition team and will focus on acquiring high-value users efficiently via Telegram Ads, Meta Ads, and Influencer Collaborations. The role is individual contributor (IC) in nature and requires sharp execution, analytical ability, and ownership mindset. Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in building and scaling Telegram channels, but we're equally open to sharp, switched-on candidates who can take full responsibility for spends and performance.
