Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer (Remote)

Job Description:

As a Mid-Level Manual QA Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial platforms. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing test plans, validating complex transaction flows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uphold our high standards for performance and compliance.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Designing and executing test cases for web and mobile platforms
• Validating complex financial workflows, including payment gateways, KYC, and compliance flows
• Collaborating with developers, product managers, and other QAs to ensure test coverage
• Leading bug triage sessions and mentoring junior testers
• Creating test documentation and contributing to QA process improvements
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years of manual QA experience, preferably in FinTech or banking systems
• Strong understanding of financial transaction flows, APIs, and data validation
• Experience with tools like Jira, TestRail, Postman, and browser dev tools
• Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, AML, GDPR) is a plus
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
