Business Analyst Corporate - Tech Gurugram Job Description **Business Intelligence Analytics (2-4 years)** **Key Responsibilities -** Work closely with teams across the company to understand their data requirements and develop solutions that allow them to make data-backed decisions Manage and maintain ETL processes, responsible for managing an enterprise Data warehouse Build reports and produce analyses and visualizations that directly impact the business Drive operational excellence within the company with data-backed decisions Analyze online/offline marketing campaigns with insights on performance Set goals and drive the roadmap for the business intelligence team. **Who we are looking for:** Strong problem-solving ability, should be able to identify key areas of improvement by understanding business processes and analyzing data. Should have structured thinking and strong analytical skills. Should have strong experience in SQL. Should be able to write complex queries involving multiple tables using join etc. Should have experience in python (pandas, NumPy, etc.). Should have experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Spotfire etc. Experience in statistical modeling (e.g. linear regression, logistic regression, clustering analysis) using R/Python is plus Should have an eagerness to learn new techniques and methodologies related to data science to come up with innovative solutions.
