- Adhere to Policies: Follow Inox policies and procedures related to cash handling, security, and financial transactions.
- Coordinate with Team: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and assist with other duties as needed.
- Clean and Organize: Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for use.
- Report Issues: Report any transaction-related issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.
- Support Promotions: Assist in promoting current sales, discounts, or special offers to customers at Inox.
Requirements
- Educational Qualification: 12th pass and above; relevant cashier training or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: Previous cashier experience is preferred but not mandatory; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing cash and processing transactions.
- Customer Service Skills: Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of cash registers, point-of-sale systems, and handling financial transactions.
