Patient Footfall: 40–60 patients/day
Experience: 3+ years
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
* Handle cash, card, UPI and other payments accurately.
* Generate bills and receipts and maintain daily payment records.
* Manage the clinic pharmacy and dispense products/medicines as per prescriptions.
* Maintain pharmacy inventory, stock levels and expiry tracking.
* Maintain purchase and stock records.
* Handle billing software, MS Excel and other computer-based systems.
* Perform daily cash reconciliation and maintain accurate records.
* Assist patients with pharmacy-related queries.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.
Requirements
* 3+ years of relevant experience in cashier, pharmacy, hospital or clinic settings.
* Good computer skills with proficiency in billing software and MS Excel.
* Strong numerical and organisational skills.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work efficiently in a busy 40–60 patient/day environment.
* Honest, punctual, presentable and detail-oriented.
* Tall and well-groomed candidates preferred.
* Delhi/NCR candidates preferred.
