Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Cashier role based in Rajkot. The Cashier will be responsible for managing transactions, handling cash and card payments, providing receipts, balancing cash drawers, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional duties include reconciling accounts, maintaining records of transactions, and addressing customer inquiries concerning billing or purchases.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to assist customers efficiently
- Attention to detail, accuracy in balancing cash drawers, and record-keeping
- Basic math and numerical skills for calculating transactions
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in cash handling or retail is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
