The Role: Professional Cashier
We are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy Cashier to join our showroom in Rajkot. As the final point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless, premium shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Management: Execute daily cash, card, and digital transactions with 100% accuracy using POS systems.
- Billing Excellence: Manage precise billing processes and reconcile daily cash receipts.
- Customer Experience: Handle billing inquiries with professionalism and provide exceptional service at the counter.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed financial records and support management with operational efficiency.
- Organisation: Ensure the billing area remains clean, organised, and secure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience as a Cashier or in a similar retail role (Luxury or Jewellery retail experience is a major plus).
- Skills: Proficiency in POS systems, basic computer literacy, and strong mathematical skills.
- Attitude: High level of integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma required; a background in Finance or Commerce is preferred.
- Communication: Fluent communication skills to assist our diverse clientele.
