Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cashier at our Delhi, India location. The Cashier will handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, process payments, issue receipts, and manage cash registers. Responsibilities also include maintaining cleanliness in the cash handling area, ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with inventory management as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling cash, operating cash registers, and basic math skills.
- Strong customer service and communication skills to provide a positive customer experience.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing and inventory documentation.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle peak hours and multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
- Previous experience in a similar role or the retail industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification preferred.
