Role Description The Cashier role at High Dive International’s client site in Ludhiana is a full-time, on-site position. The Cashier will handle customer transactions, including receiving payments, issuing receipts, and operating the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system. Day-to-day responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer at the end of shifts, maintaining accurate transaction records, and resolving basic payment or billing questions. The Cashier also supports a positive customer experience by greeting customers, answering simple product or service queries, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth front-end operations. The role may involve light administrative tasks such as updating sales logs and reporting any discrepancies to supervisors.
