They are India’s leading payments and API banking company. It helps 6,00,000+ businesses accept and send money and is used for multiple use cases like vendor payouts, wage payouts, bulk refunds, etc. Their Payments offers the widest range of solutions including API banking platform Payouts that helps businesses send money instantly 24x7 to any bank account, UPI ID, card, or wallet with a simple API that businesses can integrate with their product. Their Payment Aggregation business is regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. They are one of the first recipients of such licenses, and will be adding more such regulated products in its portfolio.
They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Learning and Development (L&D) Manager to join the Human Resources team. The L&D Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that enhance the skills, performance, and knowledge of our employees. This role will play a critical part in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
What You Will Do:
• Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with company's business goals and objectives
• Design and implement learning programs, workshops, and initiatives that address the development needs of employees at all levels
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, encouraging employees to take ownership of their growth and career progression
• Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions, using a variety of delivery methods including in-person, virtual, and blended learning
• Conduct regular training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
• Collaborate with leadership and managers to integrate learning solutions with performance management systems, ensuring alignment with employee goals and organizational objectives
• Partner with external vendors and consultants to source, develop, and deliver high-quality training content when necessary
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and data analysis. Report on learning outcomes and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Design and implement leadership development programs that cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization.
• Manage the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions that deliver measurable ROI
What You Will Need:
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with a collaborative and inclusive approach to problem-solving
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and adaptability in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
