Maintain relationships by fulfilling clients' requirements. Identify gaps and resolve issues to ensure faster merchant onboarding and smooth merchant transactions. Execute retention plans for churned merchants on a monthly basis. Maintain brand visibility across the payments market. Update merchants about applications, handle daily reports, and provide status updates. Handle day to day new and existing merchant queries and provide best possible solutions
