We’re Hiring: Cashew Processing Unit Manager
Cashew processing is a craft — getting the boil right, achieving clean cuts, and maintaining high kernel recovery requires real experience on the shop floor.
At Vrinda Cashew Industry Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a highly experienced Cashew Processing Unit Manager who can lead our core processing operations and also play a key role in our upcoming expansion.
We are planning to expand our processing capacity in the coming months, and we want someone who can work closely with us to plan and build the next phase of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and optimize the boiling and cutting processes
• Improve kernel recovery and reduce processing losses
• Supervise and train the production team
• Maintain quality and operational efficiency on the shop floor
• Work with management to plan the expansion of the processing unit
• Help design and implement systems for higher processing capacity
We are looking for someone who:
• Has strong hands-on experience in cashew processing operations
• Deep understanding of boiling, shell cutting, and yield optimization
• Has experience setting up or expanding processing units (preferred)
• Can work closely with management to plan future growth
