Store Support Center Associate

Casey's is currently seeking a Store Support Center Associate to join our team in Ankeny, IA. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls from our stores across the country. You will provide excellent customer service and assist with various store operations inquiries to ensure the smooth running of our stores. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming phone calls from Casey's stores across the country - Assist store personnel with inquiries related to store operations, inventory, and other issues - Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner - Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team or department as needed - Maintain accurate records and documentation of all interactions - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays
