Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Case Process Executive located in Pune District. The Case Process Executive will be responsible for reviewing and processing case-related information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with operational standards, documenting and updating records, and coordinating with teams to fulfill client-specific requirements. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in data processing, record-keeping, and managing case-related documentation with accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple assignments efficiently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with teams and clients effectively
- Problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking for process improvements and issue resolution
- Proficiency in using office tools and systems, and familiarity with data security practices is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
- Previous experience in case processing, BPO, or related operational roles is a plus
