Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Case Manager / Team Lead to oversee migration documentation processes and lead a team handling Australian visa cases. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate preparation, quality review, and timely submission of documentation in compliance with Australian Department of Home Affairs (DHA) regulations.
This role requires strong leadership, process management, and expertise in Australian migration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of documentation officers and case coordinators.
- Manage end-to-end migration documentation and visa case preparation.
- Ensure all submissions comply with current DHA regulations and Australian immigration standards.
- Review and audit case files for completeness, accuracy, and quality before submission.
- Coordinate with Registered Migration Agents (RMAs), legal professionals, and clients to collect required documentation.
- Track deadlines and monitor case progress to ensure timely visa submissions.
- Handle escalated documentation issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain and update internal templates, SOPs, and documentation processes.
- Conduct training sessions and implement quality assurance practices.
- Stay updated on Australian immigration policies, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Support continuous process improvement initiatives within the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Australian migration documentation or visa case preparation.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a documentation/case management team.
- Strong understanding of:
- Skilled visas

- Employer-sponsored visas

- Hands-on experience with:
- ImmiAccount
- VEVO
- SkillSelect
- DHA systems
- Excellent organizational, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and document management systems.
