Case Manager (ODR & SM-ODR Operations)
Location: Colaba, Mumbai
Employment type: Full-time | Work from office
Reports to: AVP – Compliance & Legal Strategy
Role Overview
We are looking for people who are passionate about ODR and are passionate about learning and understanding ADR and ODR concepts with a specific focus on the Securities Market Online Dispute Resolution (SM-ODR) framework introduced by SEBI.
Key responsibilities
o Administer disputes on Presolv360’s ODR platform.
o Provide administrative and technical assistance to parties in the dispute resolution process.
o Manage dispute communication and assist in case management.
o Provide task support to and co-ordinate with neutrals and parties.
o Handle the neutral empanelment process.
o Assist in matters arising from securities market participants and intermediaries.
o Locate and define process improvement opportunities, particularly in the context of SM-ODR workflows.
o Collaborate, troubleshoot, and work with other teams to solve challenges.
o Ideate and innovate to catalyze the revolution of dispute resolution in India and beyond.
o Learn and understand the concepts of alternative dispute resolution (‘ADR’) and ODR.
o Research on ADR and ODR, relevant SEBI circulars, judicial precedents, and emerging industry trends.
Skills/Qualifications
o 0-2 years’ experience, preferably in ADR/ODR.
o LLB / LLM graduate.
o Excellent drafting and written and verbal communication skills.
o Advanced proficiency in office suite.
o Meticulous with an eye for detail.
o Willingness to learn and take initiative.
o Passion to work with people for the people.
