Role Description
The Case Coordinator - Economic Streams is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. The coordinator will oversee day-to-day case management activities, ensuring the smooth processing of Permanent Residencey Application. This includes communicating with clients, gathering required documentation, maintaining records. The role requires a client-focused approach with attention to detail and prompt service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Immigration (PR-FSW,CEC,PNP,FSTP) Case Management and a good understanding of relevant processes and regulations as per IRCC.
- Background in Social Work or related fields to effectively support and guide clients.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with diverse individuals.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools is an asset.
- Experience in immigration or a similar domain is an advantage.
