</div><div>Casa Gusto is seeking a reliable, organized, and hardworking <strong>Warehouse Assistant </strong>to join our team in West Palm Beach. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing incoming inventory, preparing and exporting outgoing inventory, shipping daily via UPS, counting inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.</div><div>
<br>The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, physically capable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse setting. <strong>Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred</strong>, and <strong>forklift experience is a plus</strong>.<br><br>
</div><div><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul>
<li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory</li>
<li>Prepare and export outgoing inventory accurately and efficiently</li>
<li>Count and track inventory to ensure accuracy</li>
<li>Pack and ship orders daily using <strong>UPS</strong>
</li>
<li>Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety</li>
<li>Move, lift, load, and unload products as needed</li>
<li>Assist with overall warehouse operations and workflow</li>
<li>Help ensure all shipments are processed on time</li>
<li>Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies</li>
<li>Support team operations and take initiative where needed</li>
</ul><div><strong>Qualifications</strong></div><ul>
<li>Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred</li>
<li>Management or supervisory experience is a plus for manager-level applicants</li>
<li><strong>Fluent in both Spanish and English preferred</strong></li>
<li><strong>Forklift experience is a plus</strong></li>
<li>Ability to lift and move heavy items safely</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
<li>Reliable, punctual, and hardworking</li>
<li>Comfortable using shipping systems such as UPS</li>
<li>Ability to maintain a clean and orderly workspace</li>
</ul><div><strong>Physical Requirements</strong></div><ul>
<li>Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday</li>
<li>Must be able to lift, carry, and move merchandise regularly</li>
<li>Must be comfortable performing physical warehouse duties in an active environment</li>
</ul><div><strong>Schedule</strong></div><ul>
<li><strong>Monday through Friday </strong></li>
<li><strong>9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</strong></li>
<li>
<strong>Saturday work available<br></strong><br>
