Brand Marketing Specialist - this is a Full-Time onsite position in Hollister, CA (not a remote position)

We are seeking a creative, organized, and strategic Brand Marketing Specialist to help elevate brand presence, strengthen guest engagement, and support marketing initiatives across all business divisions.
Position Summary
The Brand Marketing Specialist will support the execution of brand and marketing initiatives across digital, print, experiential, and in-store channels. Reporting directly to the Brand Manager, this is an on-site role which will play an important part in maintaining brand consistency, supporting promotional campaigns, developing engaging content, and enhancing guest-facing communications.
This position is ideal for a highly creative and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality and retail environment. The Brand Marketing Specialist will help bring the Casa de Fruta brand to life through social media management, campaign coordination, visual content creation, event support, and collaboration with internal departments and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Support
• Support the Brand Manager in executing strategic marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns across all business divisions.
• Help maintain and reinforce consistent brand standards, messaging, and visual identity across all touchpoints.
• Assist with the development of promotional calendars, marketing timelines, and campaign coordination.
• Collaborate with departments including hospitality, retail, food and beverage, fuel, and lodging to support operational marketing needs.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
• Assist in managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including photos, videos, graphics, reels, and written copy.
• Monitor engagement, respond to guest interactions, and support community management efforts across all channels.
• Assist with digital advertising campaigns including Google Ads and Meta advertising initiatives.
Content Creation & Visual Communications
• Develop branded marketing materials including flyers, menus, posters, signage, brochures, digital graphics, promotional assets, and in-store collateral.
• Support photography and video content creation for marketing campaigns, events, and social media use.
• Assist in maintaining website content updates and visual consistency.
• Create marketing assets for seasonal events, promotions, and guest experiences.
Event Marketing & Promotions
• Support promotion and execution of events including wine tastings, holiday events, festivals, and community activations.
• Attend events as needed to capture marketing content and assist with brand presentation.
• Coordinate promotional materials and communication efforts for special events and campaigns.
Vendor & Production Coordination
• Assist with preparing print-ready files and coordinating with printers, sign vendors, and production partners.
• Help ensure quality control, brand consistency, and timely completion of marketing projects.
• Track timelines and assist with project organization for installations and promotional rollouts.
Analytics & Reporting
• Monitor marketing performance metrics including social media engagement, campaign effectiveness, and web traffic daily.
• Assist in preparing weekly marketing reports and campaign summaries.
• Help identify opportunities for improved engagement, reach, and guest interaction.
Public Relations & Brand Awareness
• Support media outreach efforts, press releases, and community partnership initiatives.
• Assist with maintaining positive public-facing communications and guest sentiment online.
• Help strengthen Casa de Fruta’s reputation through consistent and engaging brand storytelling.
Industry Awareness & Innovation
• Stay informed on hospitality, retail, tourism, and digital marketing trends.
• Bring forward creative ideas and recommendations to enhance guest engagement and brand growth.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness and visual presentation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, graphic design, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in marketing, branding, content creation, or social media management preferred.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing, and brand engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar creative platforms.
• Experience with photography, video content, and visual storytelling preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.

• Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and events as needed.

This role operates in a dynamic hospitality and tourism environment with responsibilities spanning retail, food and beverage, lodging, events, and guest experience operations. The Brand Marketing Specialist should be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across multiple departments and business functions.
