What You'll Do:
 
At Casa Bonita, every team member is entrusted with creating memorable interactions with our guests, ensuring an exceptional dining and entertainment experience. As part of the Entertainment Team, the Wardrobe, Props & Puppetry Supervisor provides oversight of costume, wardrobe, props, and puppetry systems, supporting daily operations while developing processes that ensure long-term sustainability, performer safety, and operational efficiency.

 Responsibilities: 
  • Assure that wardrobe, costumes, props, and puppetry materials and operations are in good repair to ensure performance readiness and show quality
  • Develop and maintain inventory tracking and accountability systems for wardrobe, costumes props, and puppets
  • Provide departmental leadership, including task assignments, scheduling oversight and team structure support
  • Coordinate procurement processes, including vendor communication, order tracking, order accuracy and collaboration with purchasing teams
  • Establish and maintain standards for costume, wardrobe, props, and puppetry construction, maintenance, and repair
  • Develop and maintain written departmental procedures, onboarding systems, and workflow documentation
  • Oversee sanitation protocols, PPE standards, and safety compliance
  • Collaborate with Entertainment Leadership and cross-functional teams to support operational needs
  • Monitor and uphold visual and functional standards across all costumed and interactive roles and elements
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support long-term scalability and cost efficiency
  • Support specialty builds for costumes, complex repairs for wardrobe, costumes, props and puppetry, and related vendor coordination as needed
  • The Wardrobe Assistant and Entertainment Operations Assistants report to this role.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skill:

  • 3+ years experience in wardrobe, costume production, theatrical operations, or related field
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organizational and inventory management skills
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, timelines, and priorities
  • Knowledge of costume construction, materials, and maintenance practices
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly in a live performance environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tracking systems
Preferred:
  • Bilingual in Spanish

Physical & Environmental Demands:
  • Able to distinguish colors and see both up close and at a distance  
  • Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds  
  • Able to use manual dexterity, gross motor skills, and fine motor skills  
  • Must be able to walk at least 10,000 steps per shift, including stairs, inclines, and declines  
  • Able to pivot, transition between seated and standing positions, kneel, stoop, and lift throughout shifts  
  • Able to stand for extended periods and walk briskly throughout the shift  
  • Able to work in confined spaces  
  • Able to multitask and work efficiently with speed, accuracy, and composure in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant and entertainment venue under pressure
