Cartier Benelux & Nordics is looking for an Events Intern to join the Communications Department. Within the Events team you will be supporting the Event Project Managers with the daily activities for all aspects related to the event planning, organization and execution for the region, including internal and external events in 7 countries (the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland). Start Date: February 2026 Duration: 6 months Please note that you must be enrolled in a university for the entire duration of the internship. HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT? • Update events database (suppliers, catering, new venues etc.) • Help monitor/update the annual calendar, retro planning and events budget (Excel) • Work together with the local finance team for vendor creations and extensions • Control of the events inventory and be the main contact for the warehouse • Coordinate the shipments (sending and receiving) for events • Assist with the preparation of creative briefs, presentations and post-reports (PowerPoint) • Collect, compile and organize information about major competitors HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US? • A passionate and creative enthusiast with a hands-on mentality • A student in their second year or higher, specialized in events, marketing or communication and available full-time • Excellent spoken and written English.
