As a true ambassador of Cartier, you will be responsible for developing the overall strategic direction, brand equity, business growth, and financial performance for Cartier in India. WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION? Among various responsibilities, your main missions are to oversee all Commercial, Marketing, Communication and Operations activities while leading local investments to ensure network performance and brand visibility. It also includes attracting and developing a local clientele, driving digital transformation, and fostering client centricity within the organization. As part of the MEIAT Executive Committee, you work closely with the Regional offices, Cartier Headquarters and Richemont shared services to accelerate market strategies, execute 360° engagement plans, and build a high-performing team. Strategic Direction and Leadership Set and implement the strategic vision for Cartier in India in line with international guidelines, aligning business goals with market demands and brand identity. Embraces regional collaboration to drive synergies and performance in the market; this regional mindset is infused across the entire market organization to govern an effective way of working. Cultivate a performance-driven, forward-thinking and client-centric mindset throughout the organization, ensuring the company is agile and responsive to changes in the luxury market. Financial Oversight & Performance / Productivity & Performance You will be directly and fully responsible for the P&L, Inventory, CAPEX, DSO and other financial targets (and their monitoring with HQ guidance). Manage the budget processes (BU, LE) using the support of local Richemont Shared Services. Drive key financial initiatives, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit optimization, with a focus on maintaining sustainable growth in a competitive sector to achieve local target profitability. Marketing, Communication & Client Strategy Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance the brand's luxury positioning and visibility in India. Ensure that marketing initiatives resonate with relevant clienteles, leveraging Clienteling programming and exclusive client experiences, as well as digital strategies in line with international guidelines. Safeguard the integrity of the brand, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all platforms and client interactions. People Management Build a sustainable and performant organization to deliver against the market ambitions in line with the market action plan Inspire forward leadership to motivate Retail team and create unique experience Build local talent strategy and partnerships to source, develop and retain the right talent for the evolving organization.
