Data Analyst

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. Your ability to communicate findings effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams will play a significant role in supporting our decision-making processes and driving business improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators and support business objectives. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their data needs for ongoing projects and initiatives. - Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis. - Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to perform in-depth analyses and provide recommendations based on findings. - Present data insights and findings to diverse audiences, tailoring your communication style to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Participate in data governance and quality assurance initiatives to maintain high data standards within the organization. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools. Required Skills: - Proficient in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. - Strong understanding of statistical methods and data analysis techniques. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner. - Experience with Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables. - Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and database management.
