Automotive Detailer-Robinson Township, PA
Are you experienced in detailing vehicles in a fast paced environment? Do you pay close attention to detail, yet enjoy meeting production goals? What will you do?
- The Detailer is responsible for ensuring that the cosmetic quality of all vehicles meets the CarShop standard of excellence.
- He/She will conduct preparation for delivery of each vehicle at the direction of the Detail Manager, and in accordance with the approved processes of the Detail Department.
- The successful candidate will keep all equipment and tools in good working order. When maintenance or repairs are necessary, he/she will report the issue to the Detail Manager.
- The successful candidate strives to exceed the agreed personal performance goals and embraces and models the company culture and values.
What skills do you bring?
- A minimum of 2+ years of previous detailing experience in a fast paced dealership.
- He/She demonstrates the ability to establish priorities, problem solve, and complete tasks in a timely manner with a great attention to detail.
- You are personable -- a team player and demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively.
