Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hyderabad for a Carpet Tufting Machine: Fitter/Mechanical Maintenance professional. The role involves responsibilities such as assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting tufting machines to ensure optimal performance. The candidate will oversee daily inspections, perform preventive maintenance, identify and resolve mechanical issues, and collaborate with teams to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency. Occasional remote work flexibility is provided.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in mechanical assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting of 1/12, 1/10 carpet tufting machines
- Strong understanding of preventive maintenance and repair techniques for mechanical systems
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively and efficiently
- Ability to collaborate with teams and maintain detailed maintenance records
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the carpet or textile manufacturing industry is an advantage
