Job Description:
- The Carpenter Head will be responsible for driving business growth through carpenter networks for Acrylic Sheets, Louvers, and ASA Sheets across Pan India.
- The role will lead and manage the complete Pan India off-roll sales executive team engaged in carpenter visits, influencer engagement, and market development activities.
- The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with carpenters and enhancing product recommendation, brand visibility, and market penetration.
- The position will oversee the execution of carpenter engagement initiatives including carpenter meets, loyalty programs, promotional campaigns, and field activation activities through a dedicated carpenter working team.
- The candidate will monitor field performance, carpenter coverage, business generation, and ensure effective execution of sales and engagement plans across regions.
- The role also involves expanding carpenter networks, identifying growth opportunities, and driving sustainable business conversion through carpenter influence.
