We are looking for an experienced Car Park Manager to lead the end-to-end operations of our parking facility at Hilite Mall, Thrissur. This is a senior, site-level role with full ownership of the facility — from day-to-day operations and staff supervision to revenue integrity, customer experience, and stakeholder coordination with the mall management.
The ideal candidate brings a strong operations background, a track record of running multi-shift teams at customer-facing sites, and the commercial discipline to manage cash and POS-driven revenue with zero leakage.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations and Staff Supervision- Manage the end-to-end daily operations of the car park, ensuring smooth vehicle entry, exit, and traffic flow during peak and non-peak hours.
- Prepare and manage shift rosters for supervisors, attendants, cashiers, and security personnel; ensure adequate manning across all shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Conduct daily briefings, set clear performance expectations, and monitor on-ground discipline, grooming, and service standards.
- Oversee housekeeping, lighting, signage, lane markings, barriers, boom gates, CCTV, and other equipment; ensure prompt reporting and resolution of breakdowns.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, fire, and emergency protocols, and conduct periodic drills in coordination with the mall's security team.
- Train, coach, and develop site staff, and build a second-line of supervisors capable of running the facility independently.
2. Revenue, Cash and POS Reconciliation- Own the integrity of site revenue — ensure every vehicle entry is ticketed and every exit is accounted for.
- Supervise daily cash collections, shift-wise handovers, and end-of-day deposits in line with company SOPs.
- Reconcile POS transactions, digital payments (UPI, cards, wallets), and cash collections against system reports on a daily basis; investigate and close any variance on the same day.
- Monitor ticket cancellations, manual overrides, passes, and complimentary entries; ensure all exceptions are documented and approved as per policy.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and occupancy reports to the reporting manager.
- Identify and flag potential revenue leakage, fraud, or pilferage risks, and implement preventive controls.
3. Customer Service and Complaint Handling- Set and uphold a customer-first service standard at all customer touchpoints — entry, exit, payment counters, and help desks.
- Handle escalations related to damaged vehicles, lost tickets, payment disputes, and service issues with professionalism and within defined turnaround times.
- Maintain a complaint register, analyse recurring issues, and drive root-cause fixes in coordination with the operations and technology teams.
- Ensure prompt, courteous assistance for senior citizens, persons with disabilities, and mall VIPs.
- Monitor customer feedback channels and on-ground NPS/CSAT scores, and drive measurable improvements month-on-month.
4. Coordination with Mall Management- Act as the single point of contact for Hilite Mall management on all matters relating to the car park.
- Coordinate with the mall on peak-day planning — festivals, sale events, Onam, Christmas, New Year, and other high-footfall occasions — and ensure operational readiness.
- Align with the mall's security, housekeeping, engineering, and marketing teams on shared infrastructure, access control, and promotions.
- Attend periodic review meetings with the mall, represent Parko, and close action items within agreed timelines.
- Ensure compliance with all mall rules, statutory requirements, and contractual obligations under the operating agreement.
Candidate ProfileEducation- Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
- Post-graduate degree / diploma in Operations, Hospitality, or Facility Management (preferred).
Experience- 5+ years of relevant experience in parking operations, mall operations, facility management, hospitality, or large-format retail — with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Prior experience at a shopping mall, airport, hospital, or large commercial complex is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-shift frontline teams of 15 or more.
- Hands-on exposure to POS systems, cash handling, and daily reconciliation processes.
Skills and Competencies- Strong operational discipline with a bias for on-ground presence and visible leadership.
- Commercial acumen — comfort with revenue reports, MIS, and variance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills; calm under pressure.
- Working proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with parking management or ERP systems.
- Fluency in English and Malayalam is essential; working knowledge of Hindi or Tamil is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays as per mall operating hours.
