<strong>What You’ll Do<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Clinical Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting providers, enhancing the patient journey, and ensuring smooth daily operations within our innovative wellness practice.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities include:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Assisting providers with patient visits, procedures, and treatments </li>
<li> Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinical environment </li>
<li> Supporting services related to hormone optimization, peptide therapy, IV therapy, and medical aesthetics </li>
<li> Performing patient intake, vitals, documentation, and coordination of care </li>
<li> Educating patients on wellness programs, treatment plans, supplements, and skincare products </li>
<li> Creating a warm, welcoming, concierge-level patient experience </li>
<li> Assisting with inventory management, supplies, and clinical operations </li>
<li> Supporting front office workflow and patient scheduling as needed </li>
<li> Building strong relationships with patients and contributing to long-term patient retention </li>

<strong>Qualifications</strong><br><br>
</div><ul>
<li> Previous experience in a medical office, wellness clinic, med spa, or aesthetic practice preferred </li>
<li> Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required for the right candidate </li>
<li> Experience with injections, IV therapy, aesthetics, or hormone therapy is a plus </li>
<li> Strong communication and organizational skills </li>
<li> EMR experience preferred </li>
<li> Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion with patients at all times </li>
