BUSINESS ANALYST (1-YEAR CONTRACT), POZNAŃ

Role Overview

Become a member of a Data Protection & Privacy Team in Poznań. Join our unit as a Business Analyst and find out how it is to work with IT, Legal, and Business at the same time.

Your main responsibilities will be to build, adjust and maintain reports connected to privacy area as well as analyse different sources in search of personal data processing tools.

Additionally, you will take part in privacy-by-design implementation in many countries.

Data Protection & Privacy Team focuses on supporting privacy management compliance within Carlsberg. Specifically, it takes care of ensuring compliance to GDPR, building and improving solutions for legal processes and raising awareness of privacy policies globally.

This is a fixed-term position for 12 months period.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing the personal data processing applications portfolio within a privacy software
  • Building reports using PowerBI
  • Supporting initiatives on privacy in close collaboration with Data Protection Responsibles from different markets
  • Assisting in the implementation of new Data Privacy by Design policy

What We’re Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has basic knowledge of GDPR
  • Has experience in analyzing and manipulating data using intermediate Excel functions (formulas, pivot tables, data visualization, etc.)
  • Has proficiency in English
  • Has good communication skills
  • Has work experience in privacy area (would be beneficial)
  • Is open to learning new tools and applications
  • Can think and reason analytically
  • Thrives in a changing and challenging environment
  • Enjoys working in a diverse, international team
