About the role

The Commercial Graduate Programme is a two-year programme consisting of rotations in different positions across functions and business units within Group Commercial. You will experience a steep learning curve and exposure to new opportunities. Based in our Central Office (HQ) in Copenhagen, the programme takes the graduates through marketing and sales roles across different functions, business units, and sales channels. One rotation is always done abroad and will take you to one of our local markets outside Denmark. The Commercial Graduate programme is a stepping-stone for junior talents with a commercial mindset and education, looking for an ambitious career with international possibilities. During the programme you will have biannual workshops, you will be assigned a senior mentor who will support your professional and personal growth, and you will work with some of the best people from the industry. Our commercial organisation is truly international by both population and mindset, which will give you a perspective and outlook on the projects and tasks you will be working on. As a commercial graduate, you will be given lots of responsibility and have the opportunity to work with several of our iconic brands. The Commercial Graduate Programme consists of 3 rotations. One of them will be a project rotation. Depending on the project, this rotation will be 6-8 months. Your two other rotations will be 8-9 months each. Our commercial organisation is very dynamic, and we want you to get the best and most complete experience possible. Therefore, we require you to have an open and flexible mindset about your rotations. Therefore, the right fit will enjoy the ride and grab all the possibilities that come with it. In the marketing rotation, you will be supporting the development of brand strategies and plans for how to develop and win new markets, customers and consumers. You will be supporting the implementation of global initiatives in the local markets and following up on results. This is your chance to work with some of our iconic brands such as Carlsberg, Tuborg, Brooklyn, Kronenbourg, Sommersby, and many more. In the commercial rotation, you will be assigned to one of our commercial teams, which includes Digital Marketing, Sales Excellence, Commercial Insights, Value Management, and commercial business units. The purpose is to gain an understanding of how enablers work as an integrated part of executing a strategy, and how you will be supporting the sales function in developing current and new business opportunities in the local markets, meeting with customers and partners in order to grow profit and brand equity. In your project rotation, you will be responsible for implementing a specific project or supporting the implementation of market/brand strategies and plans. This rotation is developed together with you, but depends on current projects and possibilities in our company.
