About the role
Cari Network is seeking a Technical Project Manager with deep expertise in blockchain and crypto payments to lead the execution of complex, high-visibility projects. In this role, you will interface directly with engineering and client teams, manage technical roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies, and ensure flawless project delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute project plans, including scope, timelines, dependencies, and resource management
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to project stakeholders
- Continuously look for ways to improve processes and project delivery
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong background in blockchain technology and crypto payments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to dive deep into technical details
- Passion for the blockchain and crypto space
