About the role

The Content QA Analyst works in partnership with UX developers and is responsible for quality assurance and ensuring all content is accurate, conforms to ADA standards, and can be used by non-sighted users before go live. This role also manages the day-to-day relationship with assigned vendors and cross functional partners to execute initiatives and deliver best in class consumer experience. Representative Responsibilities · Execute quality assurance testing based on business requirements to ensure that all new digital content prior to go live looks good and works as intended across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices using supported browsers and is ADA compliant for non-sighted users · Execute quality assurance testing on select third party functionality · Record and document actual results and compare to expected results · Responsible for maintaining and updating QA checklist and training other associates in its use · Perform review, walkthroughs, or inspections · Actively participate in scrums, grooming sessions and sprint retrospectives · Own day to day relationship with assigned vendors, including Emplifi and Pixlee · Work with the Social Media Specialist to solicit specific types of images or videos from users to support specific campaigns · Review product data pricing and details have been updated successfully across global websites · Support creation and testing of new promotions and discounts for global websites Required Education · Bachelor's degree required Required Skills & Experience · 1 year of Quality Assurance Testing experience for websites, mobile applications or retail applications, preferred · Excellent attention to detail with a focus on user experience · Strong ability to quickly understand, document and report defects/bugs · Effectively communicate with end users to accurately identify and resolve defects/bugs that arise · Ability to meet timelines and when needed work under deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and quality of your work. · Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, including a strong commitment to follow-up, follow-through, collaboration with cross-functional teams and a sense of urgency. · Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. · Strong written and verbal communication. · Experience working in a professional corporate setting. · Basic knowledge of Photoshop and HTML · Basic knowledge of Azure Dev Ops and Figma, preferred · Microsoft Office or web-based applications; good understanding of Microsoft Excel preferred · Enthusiastic about the consumer experience and the Brand
