Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical and operational issues effectively.
- Proficiency in Technical Support to provide prompt and accurate assistance with software functionalities.
- Excellent Customer Support and Communication skills to engage with clients and address their queries professionally.
- Experience with the CargoWise platform is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
