Job Role

  • Responsible for driving cargo sales for assigned airline partners under the GSSA model.
  • Focus on revenue generation, capacity utilization, and maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders and Airline HQ. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Achieve sales targets and maximize cargo space utilization as per airline allotments
  • Promote airline cargo products and ensure optimum revenue (yield) through effective rate negotiation Coordinate with airline commercial teams for space, pricing approvals, and capacity updates
  • Develop new business and manage existing customers (freight forwarders, consolidators, shippers)
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with operations for smooth booking, uplift, and shipment handling
  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
  • Maintain sales pipeline and forecast.


Eligibility & Experience

  • Graduate (Logistics / Aviation / Marketing / Supply chain preferred)
  • 6+ years of experience in air cargo sales (GSSA / airline / freight forwarding) 
  • Good understanding of airline cargo processes, allotments, and pricing
