Job Role
- Responsible for driving cargo sales for assigned airline partners under the GSSA model.
- Focus on revenue generation, capacity utilization, and maintaining strong relationships with freight forwarders and Airline HQ.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and maximize cargo space utilization as per airline allotments
- Promote airline cargo products and ensure optimum revenue (yield) through effective rate negotiation Coordinate with airline commercial teams for space, pricing approvals, and capacity updates
- Develop new business and manage existing customers (freight forwarders, consolidators, shippers)
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular visits and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations for smooth booking, uplift, and shipment handling
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecast.
Eligibility & Experience
- Graduate (Logistics / Aviation / Marketing / Supply chain preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in air cargo sales (GSSA / airline / freight forwarding)
- Good understanding of airline cargo processes, allotments, and pricing
