Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Cargo Operation Coordinator. In this role, you will oversee daily cargo operations, ensuring smooth and timely handling and delivery of shipments. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams, managing operational workflows, solving customer queries, and monitoring the efficiency and accuracy of cargo handling procedures. Additionally, you will assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of operations and implement process improvements.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Analyze operations and fix issues
- Communicate effectively with internal team and clients
- Manage air cargo operations and admin tasks, knowledge of Airport inbound and outbound process to retrieve and connect cargo with airlines
- Solve problems proactively
- Attention to detail
- Logistics/supply chain experience a plus
- Any bachelors degree or intermidiate
