✈️ Role Overview
We are looking for a ULD Co-ordinator responsible for managing, tracking, and optimizing Unit Load Devices (ULDs) to ensure smooth cargo operations, regulatory compliance, and minimal loss or damage.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
📦 ULD Inventory & Control
Maintain real-time tracking and accounting of all ULDs (owned, leased, pooled)
Monitor ULD positions across stations, flights, warehouses, and off-line locations
Ensure accurate stock levels across the network
Manage ULD loans, interline exchanges, and pool agreements
🔄 ULD Movement & Optimization
Plan and optimize ULD flows based on flight schedules and cargo demand
Minimize empty repositioning and network imbalances
Coordinate timely return of surplus and repairable ULDs
🛠️ ULD Serviceability & Maintenance
Ensure ULDs are maintained as per IATA ULD Regulations (ULDR)
Identify damaged/unserviceable ULDs and coordinate repair or disposal
Liaise with vendors and MROs for timely rectification
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills
Air Cargo Professional with understanding of different types of ULDs
Knowledge of SCM / UCM message procedures
