Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Caregiver Recruiter / Field Talent Acquisition (Healthcare). The individual in this role will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless selection and hiring of qualified caregivers. Responsibilities include proactively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and maintaining clear communication with applicants. Building relationships with caregivers, ensuring compliance, and striving for a strong candidate experience will also be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting for healthcare or caregiving roles
- Strong skills in Hiring processes with a focus on meeting staffing needs efficiently
- Effective Communication skills to build relationships with candidates and the ability to address their concerns
- Proficiency in Interviewing techniques to evaluate candidates fairly and effectively
- Organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes and track progress
- Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements and legal obligations
- Experience in healthcare or caregiver recruitment is preferred
