Your role: We are looking for a product builder who will research, iterate, scale & lead our new products & features to fuel our product-led strategy to help millions learn new skills. This is a leadership role & you will be working directly with the founder & product teams and will focus on innovating & iterating to drive strong user experience, feature adoption & growth loops.

Responsibilities

1. Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
2. Work collaboratively with/manage the UX/UI and engineering team.
3. Define a roadmap for the design & development team.
4. Explore and integrate monetisation strategies and evolve business models
5. Execute on that roadmap to ensure resiliency and reliability of the product.
6. Work closely with engineering to solve problems and build elegant solutions.
7. Work closely with design and content team to ensure you’re enriching the end-customer experience.
8. Learn, understand and predict user interactions.

Experience:

1. 2-5 years of dedicated product management experience.
2. Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Growth and Business. Marketing understanding is a definite plus
3. Successful track record in planning, developing and executing a strategy for a product while collaborating cross-functionally.
4. Solid engineering fundamentals & strong exposure to technology.
5. You’re entrepreneurial and are comfortable working in a complex and fast-paced environment.
6. Analytical and data-driven, you love digging into the data to understand what’s happening and define & measure success on every project.
7. You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
8. You’re a confident communicator.
9. Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
10. Experience as a software engineer/developer or a designer and working with distributed teams is highly desired.
