Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. The Career Support Associate will be responsible for guiding and assisting job seekers as they navigate their career journeys.
Responsibilities
Assist job seekers with resume review and optimization
• Support daily job applications and opportunity outreach
• Identify and share relevant US-based job openings
• Track applications and maintain organized records
• Provide basic career guidance and support to candidates
Skills Required:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of resume formatting and job applications
• Ability to research and identify job opportunities online
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Interest in career support and helping job seekers
Work Schedule:
• 5 days a week
