Role Overview:
We are looking for a ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐น๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฒ๐๐ถ๐ฐ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ผ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ-๐๐บ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฑ๐๐ฎ๐น who can actively engage with students and bring inactive learners back on track.
This is not a passive support role.
This role is about influencing, motivating, and driving student action.
Key Responsibilities:

* Identify inactive or low-engagement Learner
* Connect with them via calls and messages
* Understand their real problems and bring them back into learning mode
๐ฎ. ๐ฆ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐ด๐ถ๐ฐ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐บ๐๐ป๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป
* Talk to students in a way that influences action (not just conversation)
* Handle different types of students (confused, lazy, busy, demotivated)
* Use the right approach to push them towards consistency
๐ฏ. ๐๐ฎ๐ถ๐น๐ ๐๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐-๐๐ฝ๐ & ๐๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ผ๐๐ป๐๐ฎ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐
* Ensure students attend sessions and complete tasks
* Do consistent follow-ups (calls / WhatsApp)
* Track and improve student engagement daily
๐ฐ. ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ถ๐๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป & ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฆ๐ต๐ถ๐ณ๐
* Help students overcome excuses, fear, and lack of confidence
* Act as a driving force to keep them consistent
5. Internal Coordination
* Work closely with mentors/trainers
* Escalate learning or technical issues when needed

* Highly extroverted and interactive personality
* Someone who enjoys talking, connecting, and influencing people
* Strong communication + convincing skills
* Action-oriented mindset(not just talking, but getting results)
* High level of dedication and ownership
* Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset

* Any Bachelor degree (freshers can apply)
๐ฆ๐ธ๐ถ๐น๐น๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฑ:
* Fluent in Tamil & English
* Strong follow-up and persuasion skills
* Ability to handle different student behaviors
* system knowledge
