We’re Hiring: Career Specialist
Location: Kochi/ Calicut / Kannur
We are looking for a dynamic Career Specialist to be the first point of contact for student enquiries and drive end-to-end engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound & outbound enquiries (calls, digital leads)
• Qualify students based on background, interest, and readiness
• Convert leads into confirmed walk-ins for branches (Kochi, Calicut, etc.)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and 100% enquiry coverage
• Maintain accurate CRM updates and data hygiene
• Collaborate with branch teams for smooth lead handover
Key Skills:
• Strong communication skills (English + regional language)
• Excellent listening and counseling ability
• Comfortable handling high call volumes
• Target-driven with strong follow-up discipline
