Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Career Services Advisor. The advisor will collaborate closely with job seekers to offer career counseling, provide insights on job market trends, and align candidates’ skills with potential opportunities. Key responsibilities include developing individualized career plans, guiding clients on effective job search strategies, crafting engaging resumes, and offering interview preparation support. Exceptional customer service and fostering positive rapport with clients will be central to this role.
Qualifications
- Experience in Career Counseling and Career Development to help individuals identify goals and pathways
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively
- Knowledge of Job Search Strategies with the ability to guide clients through application and networking processes
- Customer Service experience to ensure high-quality client interactions and satisfaction
- Proficiency with using office tools and software to manage and track client progress
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and collaborate with colleagues effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Counseling, or a related field preferred
