We’re Hiring: Career Research & Insights Intern | Mentoria
Fully Remote | 3-month Internship
The Mission:
Mentoria is India’s leading career guidance platform — helping students and professionals discover the right career paths with clarity and confidence.
Our career counselling sessions don’t end with just a conversation. We create in-depth, personalised post-session reports for every individual — packed with career insights, college options, action plans, and answers to every question they have.
Now, we’re looking for an intern to help us prepare these reports — and shape the guidance we offer to thousands of young minds.
The Role:
This isn’t just research or content writing — you’ll be the brain behind the report that helps someone make a life-changing decision. You’ll work closely with our counsellors and researchers to bring post-session reports to life with clarity, empathy, and precision.
What You’ll Own
- Collaborate with our career counsellors and researchers to convert session insights into impactful, easy-to-read reports
- Research career paths, top colleges, entrance exams, eligibility criteria, and admission deadlines
- Write summaries that are informative, accurate, and student-friendly
- Update and maintain data using Google Docs, Sheets, and Mentoria’s backend
- Handle 5–10 reports per week, each tailored to the student’s needs
What You’ll Need:
- Strong writing skills — you can explain complex info simply and clearly
- Curiosity and comfort with online research
- Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to work independently and remotely, but collaborate well
- A genuine interest in education, industry trends, or helping students succeed
- You could be a college student or a recent graduate — we’re open

- INR 7,500/month stipend
